摘要
为确保高层次技术技能人才培养质量,加强专业品牌建设,本科层次职业院校依据国家、省市出台的职业教育改革及其落实的文件精神,着力培育"双师型"专业团队,团队成员专兼结合、结构合理,不仅能完成专业的理论、实践教学,还能与企业一起做好技术研发、项目研究、社会服务等工作。培育"双师型"专业团队,学校应重视搭建组织完善制度、选好校企双带头人,带头人要确定合理的团队工作目标并将具体任务分配给各成员,引领成员寻求自我发展。
In order to ensure the training quality of high-level technical talents and strengthen the construction of professional brand,the undergraduate level vocational colleges should focus on cultivating“double qualified”professional teams according to the document spirit of the vocational education reform and the implementation issued by the state and provinces.The team members should combine full-time and part-time,and have a reasonable structure,which can not only complete the professional theoretical and practical teaching,but also do a good job with enterprises in technological development,project research,social services,etc.In order to cultivate the“double qualified”professional teams,the colleges should pay attention to the establishment of the organization,improve the system,and select the two leaders from the college and the enterprise.The leaders should determine the reasonable team work objectives and assign the specific tasks to each member,so as to lead the members to seek self-development.
