摘要
历史上先后出现过几种不同的人才结构理论,不同的人才类型具有不同的社会功能,不同的社会功能要求不同的人才知能结构,不同知能结构的人才要求有不同的教学内容及其相应的课程体系,因而决定了不同教育类型的不同人才培养规格.
There were several kinds of different theories of talent structure in the history. Different talented person type has different social function. Different social function requests different talented person＇s knowledge and ability structure. Different knowledge and ability structure requests different course content and its corresponding curriculum system, These have decided different talented person specification of different education type.
