摘要
针对数字经济背景下“数字鸿沟”制约共同富裕实现的问题,一是找准突破口和关键点,对数字化技能水平较低的农民、老人等群体采取定向财政扶持,提高数字经济的普惠性和共享性,提升人们的获得感和幸福感;二是以城市群为重点,引领区域合作,增强城市群对内辐射、对外联动的作用,开辟促进共同富裕的区域合作道路;三是筑牢数字乡村的发展基础,提升农村地区“新基建”的发展速度,缩小城乡发展差距。
To address the problem of the“digital divide”in the context of the digital economy that restricts the realization of common prosperity,first,we should identify the breakthrough and key points,provide targeted financial support to farmers and the elderly with low digital skills,improve the universality and sharing of the digital economy,and enhance people's sense of access and happiness;second,we should focus on urban clusters,lead regional cooperation,enhance the role of urban clusters in internal radiation and external linkage,and open up the road of regional cooperation to promote common prosperity;third,we should build a solid foundation for the development of digital villages,enhance the development speed of the“new infrastructure”in rural areas,and narrow the development gap between urban and rural areas.
