摘要
随着数字技术的发展与应用,企业数字化转型已成为创新发展和驱动产业升级的新动能。本文以陕汽集团为典型案例,运用扎根理论探析促进装备制造企业数字化转型升级的外部和内生因素,构建并阐释了数字化转型"双轮"驱动机制。研究结果表明:外部因素中,政策支持是主观能动性因素,政府应当加强对装备制造企业数字化转型引导和政策支持;内生因素归并集中于企业应当加快数字化基础设施建设和平台搭建,增强自主创新能力,实现装备制造企业智能化生产、管理、服务,促进协同创新和价值共创。
With the development and application of digital technology, digital transformation of enterprises has become a new driving force for innovative development and industrial upgrading. Taking Shaanxi Automobile Group as a typical case, this paper uses grounded theory to analyze the external and endogenous factors that promote the digital transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing enterprises, and constructs and explains the "two-wheel" driving mechanism of digital transformation. The research results show that: among the external factors, policy support is a subjective and proactive factor, and the government should strengthen the guidance and policy support for the digital transformation of equipment manufacturing enterprises;the integration of endogenous factors focuses on enterprises should speed up the construction of digital infrastructure and platform, and enhance the ability of independent innovation., realize intelligent production, management and service of equipment manufacturing enterprises, and promote collaborative innovation and value co-creation.
