摘要
我国公共图书馆志愿服务虽起步较晚,但发展迅速,经历了从被动参与到主动建设、从民间自发到行业自觉、从政策推动到法律规范的转型跨越,提供了社会教育、专业服务、辅助管理、扶弱助残等类型多样的志愿服务;志愿服务不是简单的人力替代,更是丰富图书馆服务内容、拓宽图书馆服务范围、提升图书馆服务水平的有效途径。充分利用公共图书馆的实体空间以及服务体系中的各类场馆,积极组织开展志愿服务,可以强化图书馆与社会之间的联系,充分发挥公共图书馆“场所”价值,不断提升图书馆知晓度、参与度、满意度和认同度,助力图书馆事业长期稳定的可持续发展。参考文献56。
Although Chinese volunteer service in public libraries started late it has developed rapidly and experienced a transition from passive participation to active construction from private initiative to consciousness in library world and from political promotion to legal normalization.Public libraries provide various volunteer services such as social education professional services auxiliary management and assistance to the vulnerable.Volunteer service is not a simple replacement of manpower but an effective way to enrich library service content enlarge the scope of library service and enhance library service.The research believes that making full use of the physical space of the public library and various places in the service system and actively organizing volunteer services can strengthen the connection between library and society.It can also give full play to the place value of public library improve the popularity participation satisfaction and recognition of the library and assist the sustainable development of librarianship.56 refs.
