摘要
文章基于第七次全国县级以上公共图书馆评估定级工作,以新疆地区106个地县级参评馆为研究对象,从评估数据入手,展示本次评估期间地县级公共图书馆的发展亮点,同时对照第七次县级以上公共图书馆评估细则,对新疆地区地县级公共图书馆普遍存在的共性问题进行深入剖析,进而提出未来推动西部地区地县级公共图书馆高质量发展的策略与建议。
Based on the date taken from the 7th National prefecture-level public libraries assessment,this article sorts out the highlights of development in the assessment with 106 prefecture-level public libraries of Xinjiang as research subjects.Moreover,it makes a comprehensive analysis upon the common problems faced by those libraries from the perspectives of evaluation details of the assessment.Strategies and suggestions on the high-quality development of the libraries are also provided.
