摘要
目的 研究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)水平在复发性流产患者中的检测价值。方法 选取39例复发性流产患者(A组)、39例偶发性流产患者(B组)和39例正常早孕者(C组),分别采用酶循环法、化学发光法进行血清Hcy、ACA检测。对比三组血清Hcy水平及ACA阳性率,分析三组血清Hcy与ACA的相关性。结果 A组血清Hcy(18.35±6.48)μmol/L高于B组的(11.43±2.46)μmol/L和C组的(9.59±2.04)μmol/L, B组血清Hcy水平高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组ACA阳性率23.08%高于C组的5.13%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组ACA阳性率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组血清Hcy与ACA呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Hcy和ACA与复发性流产存在一定的相关性,两项指标的检测对复发性流产的诊断和治疗有着重要的临床价值。
Objective To study the value of serum homocysteine(Hcy)and anticardiolipin antibody(ACA)levels in the detection of patients with recurrent miscarriage.Methods 39 patients with recurrent miscarriage(group A),39 patients with occasional miscarriage(group B)and 39 patients with normal early pregnancy(group C)were selected,and serum Hcy and ACA were detected by enzyme cycle method and chemiluminescence method.The serum Hcy levels and positive rate of ACA were compared among the three groups,and the correlation between serum Hcy and ACA was analyzed.Results Serum Hcy level(18.35±6.48)μmol/L in group A was higher than(11.43±2.46)μmol/L in group B and(9.59±2.04)μmol/L in group C;Serum Hcy level in group B was higher than that in group C;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate 23.08%of ACA in group A was higher than 5.13%in group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of ACA between group B and group C(P>0.05).Serum Hcy in group A was positively correlated with ACA(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between Hcy and ACA and recurrent miscarriage,and the detection of the two indicators has important clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent miscarriage.
