摘要
体育锻炼对于提升青少年的心理健康水平具有积极干预作用,然而在体育锻炼时间对心理健康水平的影响效应上一直存在争论。本文采用多层线性模型分析法,以中国教育调查数据为数据来源,对体育锻炼与青少年心理健康的因果效应,并同构建结构方程模型运用Bootstrap法检验可能存在的中介效应。研究表明:体育段练时间与青少年心理健康之间存在非线性的倒U型关系,其阈值为105min;中介效应分析结果显示,自我健康评估、自信心、学业压力、同学关系、同伴积极行为在体育锻炼与心理健康水平之间具有重要的中介机制。
Objective:To explore the influence of physical exercise on teenagers'mental health and its intermediary mechanism.Methods:Taking Chinese education survey data as the data source,the causal effects of physical exercise and adolescent mental health were analyzed by multi-layer linear model,and the possible intermediary effects were tested by Bootstrap method together with the structural equation model.Results:There is a nonlinear inverted U-shaped relationship between physical training time and adolescent mental health,and its threshold is 105min;.Mediating effect analysis shows that self-health assessment,self-confidence,academic pressure,peer relationship and peer positive behavior have important mediating mechanisms between physical exercise and mental health level.Conclusion:It verifies and supplements previous studies,and there is a nonlinear inverted U-shaped relationship between physical exercise time and adolescents'mental health level.Only by insisting on scientific and moderate exercise every day can adolescents have a positive impact on their physical and mental health.It also points out that self-health assessment,self-confidence,academic pressure,classmates'relationship and peer's positive behavior are the important intermediary mechanisms of physical exercise affecting mental health,while the intermediary effects of adolescents'self-body assessment and sleep time have not been verified.
