摘要
在大数据云计算的新时代,互联网信息技术为提高机构编制管理工作提供了重要契机,推动互联网+机构编制管理符合管理数字化、管理科学化、信息公开化的要求。但同时,在推动机构编制工作与信息技术高度融合中,仍面临技术、管理及组织方面的挑战。针对这三大方面的挑战,我们提出相应的应对策略。
In the new era of big data cloud computing,Internet information technology has provided an important opportunity for improving the organization establishment management,and promoted the Internet plus organiza-tion establishment management in line with the requirements of digital management,scientific management and information openness.But at the same time,in promoting the high integration of organization establishment and information technology,it still faces technical,management and organizational challenges.In response to these three challenges,we put forward corresponding countermeasures.
