摘要
人工智能时代劳动形式的变化引发劳动主体争议、劳动技能弱化、劳动概念模糊等问题。学习和运用习近平新时代劳动教育思想,有助于厘清人工智能时代劳动关系、强化劳动者的劳动技能、树立正确的劳动价值观。人工智能时代劳动教育必须坚持人的主体性地位,以习近平劳动教育思想为指导,最终实现人的自由而全面发展。
The change of labor form in the AI period causes labor subject dispute,labor skill weakening,labor concept ambiguity and other problems.Studying and applying Xi Jinping's thought on labor education for a new era will help clarify labor relations in the AI period,strengthen workers'labor skills,and establish correct labor values.Guided by Xi Jinping's labor education thought,labor education in the AI period must adhere to the subjectivity of human beings,and finally realize the free and comprehensive development of human beings.
