摘要
对进口某型动车组牵引变流器冷却装置整体设计原理及结构、服役散热器故障模式进行了分析;通过FloEFD仿真分析和散热性能、流量及压力损失性能试验验证,研发了国产化替代散热器;优选了一种提升散热器寿命的表面防腐处理方法。可实现动车组进口冷却系统自主化检修,并降低散热器泄漏率,延长散热器寿命,为动车组安全可靠运用提供了基本保障。
The paper analyzes the overall design principle and structure of the traction converter cooling device and the radiator failure mode for a certain imported MU;through the FloEFD simulation analysis and the test verification of the heat dissipation performance,flow rate and pressure loss,an alternative domestic radiator was developed;a surface anti-corrosion treatment method to extend the radiator life was adopted.It can realize the independent repair of the cooling system of an imported MU,reduce the leakage rate of the radiator and prolong the radiator service life,which provides a basic guarantee for safe and reliable operation of MU.
