摘要 为了解决工厂车间装配生产线面临的问题,提出了一款柔性化升降翻转机及周转小车。首先根据设计原则与相关指标对设备结构进行了三维建模设计,实现了升降、翻转、装配及往复运送等功能;并采用有限元法对关键零部件做了校核分析。该套设备已成功应用于大连机车的冷却装置装配生产线中,通过运行结果的统计验证了设计的合理性与可靠性。 In order to solve the problems of the assembly line in workshop, a flexible lift and turnover car was proposed. Firstly, according to the design principles and related indicators, the three-dimensional modeling design of equipment structure was carried out, which realizes the functions of lifting, reversing, assembling and reciprocating transportation, and the key components were checked and analyzed by finite element method. The equipment was successfully applied in the assembly line of cooling device of Dalian locomotive. The rationality and reliability of the design were verified by the statistics of operation results.
