以护士分层为基础的护理绩效分配在ICU中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨以护士分层为基础的护理绩效分配在ICU中的应用效果。方法将该院2019年1—12月40例ICU患者和15名护理人员纳入对照组,2020年6—12月40例ICU患者和15名护理人员纳入观察组。对照组护理人员给予常规护理绩效管理,观察组护理人员给予以护士分层为基础的护理绩效分配。比较两组护士满意度和患者满意度、比较两组的护理工作质量。结果观察组护士满意度和患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士护理工作质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU护理人员实施以护士分层为基础的护理绩效分配效果确切,有助于进一步提高护理服务质量,促进患者和护士满意度的提高,是一种值得推广的护士绩效分配方式。 Objective To explore the application effect of nursing performance allocation based on nurse stratification in ICU.Methods From January to December 2019,40 ICU patients and 15 nurses were included in the control group,and from June to December 2020,40 ICU patients and 15 nurses were included in the observation group.The nurses in the control group were given routine nursing performance management,and the nurses in the observation group were given nursing performance distribution based on nurses'stratification.The nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups,and the quality of nursing work was compared between the two groups.Results The nurse satisfaction and patient satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nurses'implementation of nursing performance distribution based on nurse stratification has an exact effect,which is helpful to further improve the quality of nursing services,and promote the improvement of patient and nurse satisfaction.It is a nurse performance distribution method worthy of promotion.
