摘要
目的探讨在产科护理管理中采用分层次责任管理模式对提高护理质量及降低护患纠纷与不良事件发生率的作用。方法选择山东省泰安市妇幼保健院产科2019年1-12月常规护理管理模式下收治的100例患者为对照组,另选择2020年1-12月实施分层次责任护理管理后收治的100例患者为试验组。采用自制护理质量调查问卷评估实施分层次责任护理管理前后护理质量,比较实施前后护士考核成绩,并统计研究期间两组患者护患纠纷与护理不良事件的发生率。结果实施分层次责任护理管理后心理护理、健康教育、护理技能、应急能力各方面的护理质量评分均高于实施前,且护理人员理论与操作考核成绩也高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护患纠纷发生率为0.00%、护理不良事件发生率为1.00%,均低于对照组的6.00%、10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产科护理中采用分层次责任护理管理能够有效提高护理服务质量,可预防护理不良事件的发生,有利于减少护患纠纷,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of adopting a hierarchical responsibility management model in obstetric nursing management on improving the quality of nursing and reducing the incidences of nurse-patient disputes and adverse events.Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of department of obstetrics,Taian maternal and child health hospital from January to December 2019 under the routine nursing management model were selected as the control group,and 100 patients admitted after the implementation of hierarchical responsibility nursing management model from January to December 2020 were selected as the experimental group.The self-made nursing quality questionnaire was used to evaluate the nursing quality before and after the implementation of hierarchical responsibility nursing management model.The nurses'assessment results before and after the implementation were compared,and the incidences of nursepatient disputes and adverse nursing events in the two groups of patients during the study period was counted.Results After implementation of hierarchical responsibility nursing management model,the scores of nursing quality in psychological nursing,health education,nursing skills,and emergency response capabilities were all higher than before implementation,and the theoretical and operational assessment scores of nursing staff were also higher than before implementation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the experimental group was 0.00%,and the incidence of adverse nursing events was 1.00%.Both were lower than those in the control group of 6.00%and 10.00%,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical responsibility nursing management in obstetric nursing can effectively improve the quality of nursing service,prevent the occurrence of adverse nursing events and help reduce nurse-patient disputes.It is worthy of promotion.
