摘要
"集群化"是农业农村发展的关键词,明晰广东省各区域水果产业的集聚程度和竞争力强弱,为打造特色水果优势区,形成特色产业集群提供参考。运用集聚水平指数和比较优势指数对广东省21个地级市水果产业进行集聚化和比较优势水平测算,构建了综合竞争力指标体系;利用因子分析法获取影响水果产业竞争力的主因子,计算出区域内综合竞争力排名。结果显示,茂名市、湛江市、梅州市、肇庆市水果生产集聚化程度较高,已形成特色水果产业集群。实证结果表明,综合竞争力水平由生产能力竞争力、生产要素竞争力和配套产业竞争力3个主要因子决定,由此提出加大水果产业生产要素投入和巩固配套产业支撑策略,以期进一步提升广东省区域水果产业竞争力。
With “Clustering” being the key word of agricultural and rural development, clarifying agglomeration and competitiveness level of fruit industry in various regions of Guangdong province invokes thoughts for developing the areas with competitively distinctive fruit industry and forming distinctive industrial clusters. The level of agglomeration and comparative advantage of fruit industry in 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong province were calculated by using the agglomeration level index and comparative advantage index to establish a comprehensive competitiveness index system, and the main impact factors on the competitiveness of the fruit industry were determined by using factor analysis to produce the regional comprehensive competitiveness ranking. The results showed that the prefecture-level cities, Maoming, Zhanjiang, Meizhou and Zhaoqing, had higher degree of agglomeration in fruit production, thereby contributing to distinctive fruit industrial clusters.The empirical analysis revealed that the comprehensive competitiveness level is determined by three main factors: competitiveness of production capacity, competitiveness of production factors and competitiveness of supporting industries, based on which a strategy for more input of production factors and stronger support of supporting industries was proposed to further enhance the competitiveness of regional fruit industry in Guangdong province.
