摘要
为了分析研究大型三排滚子轴承的工作可靠性,提出了考虑滚动体修形与轴承游隙的三排滚子轴承承载分析模型。采用组合单元引入轴承游隙与滚动体修形曲线,修形曲线通过离散成组合单元初始间隙体现滚动体与滚道之间的非线性几何关系;采用非线性刚度弹簧组模拟滚动体受力变形,通过赫兹线接触理论计算非线性弹簧组的刚度,体现滚动体与滚道之间的非线性接触力学关系;通过与实体单元模型对比,证明所提出模型的有效性及优势;实现了在考虑轴承结构刚度基础上,分析考虑滚动体修形与轴承游隙的三排滚子轴承承载性能。最后采用所提出的模型对某型号风电机组主轴承进行承载性能分析,为风电机组主轴承的游隙与滚动体修形的设计或轴承整体校核提供了理论依据。
In order to analyze and study the working reliability of large three-row roller bearings,this paper presents load capacity analysis model of three-row roller bearings considering roller profile correction and bearings clearance,uses combination element to introduce bearing clearance and curve of profile correction of roller,and the curve of profile correction is discretized into the initial gaps of combination elements to reflect the nonlinear geometric relationship between the roller and the raceway.The nonlinear stiffness spring group is used to simulate the stress deformation of the rolling element,and the stiffness of the nonlinear spring group is calculated by Hertz line contact theory,which reflects the nonlinear contact mechanical relationship between the rolling element and the raceway.Compared with the entity unit model,the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed model are proved.Based on the consideration of bearing structural rigidity,the load-bearing performance of three-row roller bearings considering rolling element modification and bearing clearance is analyzed.At last,this paper uses the above model to analyze a model wind turbine with the load capacity of the spindle bearing.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of the spindle bearing clearance and the curve of profile correction of the roller and the overall check of the bearings of the wind turbine.
