转盘轴承防尘挡圈的优化设计

Optimal Design for Dustproof Rings of Slewing Bearings

摘要 针对转盘轴承防尘挡圈强度低,端面平整度差,使用中易导致轴承早期失效的问题,对防尘挡圈的结构进行优化设计,并介绍了新型防尘挡圈设计的注意事项。实际装机使用表明:防尘挡圈的强度及耐冲击性能得到了有效提高,新型防尘挡圈可满足使用要求。 The early failure of slewing bearings during use is caused by low strength and poor flatness of end face of traditional dustproof rings. The design is optimized for structure of dustproof rings, and the cautions are introduced for design of new dustproof rings. The actual application shows that the strength and impact resistance of dustproof rings are improved effectively, and the new dustproof rings are able to meet usage requirements.
