摘要
为推进绿色矿山高质量发展,从全国绿色矿山名录和评价指标分析了我国绿色矿山的建设现状,从科技创新能力、可持续发展基础、监管机制、资源利用效率等方面指出当前绿色矿山建设存在的问题,显示出绿色矿山建设工作依然任重道远,最终提出高质量发展绿色矿山应从科技创新、一体化建设、政府监管、固废资源化利用以及企业的日常管理等方面着手。
In order to promote the high-quality development of green mines,the current situation of the construction of green mines in China were analyzed from the national list of green mines and evaluation indicators,and the problems existing in the current construction of green mines were pointed out from the aspects of scientific and technological innovation ability,sustainable development foundation,supervision mechanism and resource utilization efficiency,indicating that the construction works of green mines still has a long way to go.Finally,it is proposed that the high-quality development of green mines should start from the aspects of technological innovation,integrated construction,government supervision,utilization of solid waste resources and daily management of enterprises.
