摘要
目的探讨氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的有效性及安全性。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月本院收治的94例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶分配法分为对照组和观察组,各47例。两组均采用常规治疗措施,对照组在此基础上采用氯吡格雷治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用前列地尔治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的血流动力学指标、凝血功能变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组血流动力学指标均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组凝血功能水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论氯吡格雷联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死,能有效降低患者血液浓度,改善血流动力学指标,调节凝血功能。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of clopidogrel combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 94 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by parity distribution method,with 47 cases in each group,the two groups were treated with conventional treatment measures.The control group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with alprostadil on the basis of the control group.The hemodynamic indexes,coagulation function changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the hemodynamic indexes of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the coagulation function levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Clopidogrel combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively reduce the blood concentration,improve hemodynamic indexes and regulate coagulation function.
