摘要
目的探讨银杏达莫联合氯吡格雷对缺血性脑卒中患者凝血功能及脑电图指标的影响.方法选取该院2020年2月-2022年4月收治的86例缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例.对照组采用氯吡格雷口服治疗,观察组采用银杏达莫静脉滴注联合氯吡格雷口服治疗,均持续用药14 d.对比两组凝血功能指标、脑电图指标、神经功能、日常生活活动能力、临床疗效以及安全性.结果治疗后,观察组花生四烯酸、二磷酸腺苷诱导的血小板聚集率、脑电图慢波化比率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分均低于对照组,巴氏指数评定量表评分高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者用药期间均未出现明显不良反应.结论银杏达莫联合氯吡格雷治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的疗效确切,能够改善患者的凝血功能及脑电图指标,减轻神经功能损伤,提升日常生活活动能力,且安全可靠.
Objective To investigate the effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with clopidogrel on coagulation function and electroencephalogram indicators in patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 86 patients with ischemic stroke who were treated in this hospital from February 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral clopidogrel,while the observation group was treated with intravenous drip of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with oral clopidogrel.Both groups were treated with continuous medication for 14 d.Results After treatment,the platelet aggregation rate induced by arachidonic acid and adenosine diphosphate,EEG deltaratio and National Institute of Health stroke scale score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 72.09%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the two groups of patients.Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with clopidogrel has definite curative effect in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke,can improve the coagulation function and EEG indicators of patients,reduce neurological damage,and improve the ability of daily living,and it is safe and reliable.
