摘要
针对LTCC(低温共烧陶瓷)电路基板成品表面产生球形颗粒状玻璃晶体、红色斑点和黑色斑点的问题,从操作、设备、浆料等方面寻找原因、确定造成几种多余物问题的原因,制定改善对策,从而提高检验效率,提高产品成品率和产品质量。
In view of the problem of spherical granular glass crystal, red spot and black spot on the finished surface of LTCC(low temperature cofired ceramic) circuit substrate, find the causes of operation, equipment,slurry, formulate countermeasures to improve the inspection efficiency and improve the product yield and product quality.
