摘要
为应对新冠疫情期间冷冻食品外包装的消毒,开发一种刺激性小、腐蚀性低、稳定性好、杀菌效果可靠的低温用消毒剂。通过研究季铵盐与防冻剂的相关性能,选择季铵盐和防冻剂的最优配比,进行低温载体定量杀菌试验、模拟现场试验、理化试验和毒理学试验。结果为低温型季铵盐消毒液原液作用10 min,在-18.0℃条件下对布片载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀灭对数值均>3.00,在-18.0℃冷库环境条件下对最难消毒位置处30个布片载体上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的杀灭对数值均>3.00,小鼠急性经口毒性LD50值>5000 mg/kg体重,一次完整皮肤刺激试验结果为无刺激性,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞试验结果阴性。
A low-temperature disinfectant with low irritation,low corrosion,good stability,and reliable bactericidal effect was developed to deal with the disinfection of frozen food packaging during the COVID-19 epidemic.The optimal ratio of quaternary ammonium salt and antifreeze for low-temperature carrier quantitative sterilization test,simulated field test,physical and chemical test,and toxicological test was determined by studying the related properties of quaternary ammonium salt and antifreeze.The results showed that the stock solution of low-temperature quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant acted for 10 min.The killing logarithms of staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli on the fabric carriers were all>3.00 at-18℃,and the killing logarithms of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on the 30 fabric carriers at the most difficult disinfection position were all>3.00 at-18.0℃cold storage environment.Acute oral toxicity LD50 value of mice>5000mg/kg body weight,a complete skin irritation test results were no irritation,mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte test results were negative.
