摘要
为解决现有消防产品设计场景针对性不足问题,满足消防产品实现使用功能的同时能够使用户拥有更深层次的用户体验。通过对用户行为的研究分析,得到适用于住宅火灾的家用灭火器产品设计思路。从用户使用产品时的操作方式与心理动机入手,借助Kano模型等工具筛选用户需求,构建用户行为地图,挖掘用户与产品的接触点,发掘设计需求并总结设计线索;最后进行家用灭火器的创新设计。准确把握影响灭火器产品使用的主要因素,对产品操作接触点进行优化,使灭火器产品的设计更加合理,符合用户使用习惯,满足用户使用灭火器的情境需求,使产品具有良好的操作体验。通过将用户行为理论与产品创新设计相结合,能够使产品设计更好地关注到人的行为和环境之间的关系,解决产品同质化问题,为设计者提供一种方法依据,使设计满足用户对产品的功能需求。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient pertinence of existing fire protection product design scenarios,it can satisfy the use of fire protection products while enabling users to have a deeper user experience.Through the research and analysis of user behavior,the design ideas of household fire extinguishers suitable for residential fires are obtained.Start with the user’s operation methods and psychological motivations when using the product,use Kano model and other tools to filter user needs,build user behavior maps,dig out the contact points between users and products,discover design needs and summarize design clues;finally,innovative design of home fire extinguishers.Accurately grasp the main factors that affect the use of fire extinguisher products,optimize product operation contact points,make the design of fire extinguisher products and the way of product operation more reasonable,increase users’ personal protection functions,and bring users a better operating experience.By combining user behavior theory with product innovation design,product design can better pay attention to the relationship between human behavior and the environment,solve the problem of product homogeneity,and provide designers with a method basis to satisfy the design the user’s functional requirements for the product.
