摘要
目的比较含硅胶垫圈的一次性包皮切割吻合器与不含硅胶垫圈的一次性包皮切割吻合器在包皮环切术中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至6月南昌大学第一附属医院泌尿外科收治的217例行包皮环切术治疗的患者作为研究对象。根据应用吻合器的不同分为观察组(n=105)和对照组(n=112)。观察组采用含硅胶垫圈的一次性包皮切割吻合器,对照组采用不含硅胶垫圈的一次性包皮切割吻合器,比较两组手术时间､术中出血量､术后水肿程度､换药时疼痛评分､脱钉时间､人工脱钉率及患者满意度。结果两组手术时间､患者满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术中出血量､术后换药时疼痛评分､水肿程度评分､脱钉时间､人工取钉率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论包皮环切术中采用含硅胶垫圈的一次性包皮切割吻合器的术中出血量更少､术后水肿程度更大､术后换药时疼痛更轻､脱钉时间更早､人工脱钉率更低。
Objective To compare the effects between disposable prepuce cutting stapler with silicone gasket and disposable prepuce cutting stapler without silicone gasket.Methods 217 cases of circumcision performed in the Department of Urology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to June 2021 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the types of staplers,they were divided into observation group(n=105)and control group(n=112).The observation group used disposable prepuce cutting stapler with silicone gasket and the control group used disposable prepuce cutting stapler without silicone gasket.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative edema,pain score during dressing change,nail removal time,artificial nail removal rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time and patient satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,postoperative dressing change pain score,edema degree score,nail removal time and artificial nail removal rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of disposable prepuce cutting stapler with silicone gasket during circumcision resulted in less intraoperative blood loss,greater postoperative edema,lighter postoperative dressing pain,earlier nail removal time and lower artificial nail removal rate.
