摘要
目的观察并评估骶神经调节术(SNM)治疗难治性间质性膀胱炎/膀胱疼痛综合征(IC/PBS)的有效性及安全性。方法对难治性IC/PBS患者实行SNM手术治疗,包括Ⅰ期植入体验性治疗与Ⅱ期永久性植入两部分,比较Ⅱ期治疗后与Ⅰ期治疗前的排尿日记、O’Leary-Sant评分、生活质量评分及视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果对14例患者实行SNMⅠ期植入手术,其中8例患者体验期内症状改善明显,予以Ⅱ期永久植入治疗。Ⅱ期术后患者排尿次数减少(P<0.05),膀胱疼痛明显缓解(P<0.05),生活质量提高(P<0.05),无明显不良反应。结论SNM治疗可以明显改善难治性IC/PBS患者临床症状,安全性高。
Objective To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of sacral neuromodulation(SNM)in the treatment of refractory interstitial cystitis/painful bladder syndrome(IC/PBS).Methods SNM was performed on patients with refractory IC/PBS,including stageⅠimplantation experiential treatment and stageⅡpermanent implantation,and the urinary diary,O’Leary-Sant score,quality of life score,and Visual Analogue Score(VAS)were compared between stageⅡtreatment and before stageⅠtreatment.Results A total of 14 patients underwent SNM stageⅠimplantation surgery,and 8 of them had significant improvement in symptoms during the experiential period and were treated with stageⅡpermanent implantation.After stageⅡsurgery,the frequency of urination decreased(P<0.05),bladder pain was significantly relieved(P<0.05),and the quality of life was improved(P<0.05),but there were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion SNM treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with refractory IC/PBS,and the safety profile is high.
