摘要
目的:探究不同生化仪对血清心肌酶的效果和差异,为血清心肌酶检验工作的开展提供参考。方法:本院在2020年9月~2021年10月采取日本TBA-120FR与TBA-40FR生化仪、强生V350三种生化分析仪器,针对患者的血清心肌酶进行相关的测定,并对试验结果与发生的偏椅情况进行评估,这样能够更好地保证结果具备一致性。结果:采取TBA-120FR与TBA-40FR以及强生V350进行测定后,AST LDH与CK的值r的相关性比较好,而且结果在可接受的范围之内。结论:不同的生化仪对于患者心肌酶测试的结果差异不是特别大,而特别是同一个实验室对不同仪器的监测结果实施对比,属于一种能够有效保证实验结果准确性的手段,心肌细胞损伤坏死心肌标志物或某些蛋白将释放入血液循环中可通过常规实验室方法检测到,在病程不同阶段释放入血的标志物的量和病程病变严重程度有关,检测血循环中,心肌生化标志物的浓度并观察其动态变化具有较大的临床意义。
Objective:To investigate the effects and differences of different biochemical instruments on serum myocardial enzymes,provide reference for serum myocardry testing.Methods:From September 2020 to October 2021,our hospital adopted three biochemical analysis instruments of Japanese TBA-120FR and TBA40FR biochemical analyzers,and Johnson&Johnson V350 to measure the serum myocardial enzymes of patients,and compared the test results with the test results.The occurrence of partial chair situation is evaluated,which can better ensure the consistency of the results.Results:After taking TBA-120FR and TBA40FR and Johnson&Johnson V350 to measure,the correlation between AST LDH and CK value r was good,and the results were within the acceptable range.Conclusion:Different biochemical instruments have little difference in the results of myocardial enzyme test of patients,especially the comparison of monitoring results of different instruments in the same laboratory is a method that can effectively ensure the accuracy of experimental results.Necrotic myocardial markers or certain proteins will be released into the blood circulation and can be detected by routine laboratory methods.The amount of markers released into the blood at different stages of the disease course is related to the severity of the disease course.Detection of myocardial biochemical markers in the blood circulation It is of great clinical significance to observe its concentration and its dynamic changes.
