摘要
目的观察并分析新生儿肺炎免疫及血清心肌酶指标的变化情况。方法将本院2012年4月-2013年8月收治的45例肺炎新生儿为观察组,另将同期同日龄的45名健康新生儿为对照组,然后检测两组新生儿的细胞免疫及红细胞免疫、血清心肌酶指标水平,并比较对照组和观察组、轻症及重症、急性期及恢复期患儿的检测结果。结果观察组新生儿的细胞免疫及红细胞免疫均差于对照组新生儿,血清心肌酶指标水平则低于对照组,且轻症及重症、急性期及恢复期患儿的血清细胞及红细胞免疫、心肌酶指标水平差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),不同指标之间差异均有统计学意义。结论肺炎新生儿的免疫状态相对较差,且心肌酶也异常升高,且其受肺炎严重程度与分期的影响也较大。
Objective To observe and analyze the changing condition of immunity and serum myocardial enzyme indexes in newborns with pneumonia. Methods Forty - five newborns with pneumonia admitted to the People＇ s Hospital of Pingyang County from April 2012 to August 2013 were considered as the observation group, while 45 healthy newborns with the same age were served as the control group simultaneously. The cellular immune function, erythrocytic immune function and serum myocar- dial enzyme levels of newborns of the two groups were detected. The detection results were compared between the control group and the observation group, between newborns with mild pneumonia and ones with severe pneumonia, between newborns at acute stage and ones at deeubation stage. Results The levels of cellular and erythrocytic immune indexes and the serum levels of myocardial enzymes of the observation group were all inferior to those of the control group. There were statistically significant dif- ferences in the levels of cellular and erythrocytic immune indexes and the serum levels of myocardial enzymes between newborns with mild pneumonia and ones with severe pneumonia as well as between newborns at acute stage and ones at decubation stage （both P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions The immunity status of newborns with pneumonia is relatively worse, and the myocardial enzymes show an abnormal elevation. The immunity state and the myocardial enzymes are significantly affected by the severity and the stage of pneumonia.
