摘要
露石水泥混凝土路面三辊轴滑模摊铺在特长隧道中的应用逐步增加,但对其原材料及配合比等进行集中设计并准确、有效、经济地检验设计结果的工作相对滞后。通过引入多种非露石水泥混凝土路面的检验手段,能对实验室试拌混凝土各项工作性能进行数据指标化,进而得出可施工的初选配合比,对比试验段几个初选配合比施工效果确定的最佳配合比可直接应用于同类工程。
The application of three roller sliding form pavers on exposed aggregate cement concrete pavement in long tunnel is gradually increasing,but the work of centralized design of raw materials and mix ratio and accurate,effective and economical test of design results is relatively lagging behind.By introucing a variety of inspedion methals of non-exposed cement concrete pavement,the work performance of the trial mixing conurete in the laboratory can be measured,and then the construction primary mix ratio can be obtained.Compared with the construction effect,the best matching ratio determined by the primary mix ratio in the test section can be directly applied to similar projects.
