摘要
介绍了露石水泥混凝土路面的基本原理,分析了其有别于普通水泥混凝土的特殊施工工艺。通过室内试验,研究了露石水泥混凝土路表的抗滑性、降噪性、反光性、排水性等工程特性。研究发现,露石水泥混凝土路面的抗滑值与路表露石度、构造深度具有明显的相关性,当粗集料最大粒径为16 mm时,有最佳露石度和最佳构造深度存在,此时路面抗滑值处于最大值;与普通水泥混凝土路面相比较,露石水泥混凝土路面的降噪效果好,且随着车速的增加降噪效果愈明显;露石水泥混凝土路面丰富的微观和宏观构造能对强光产生漫反射,且容水能力大,其防眩性和排水性好。研究结果表明,露石水泥混凝土具有优良的路面特性,是一种很有发展前途的新型路面。
On the basis of theoretical analysis, the fundamental principles of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement is introduced and the special construction technology is explored. Through experiments in laboratory, the road performances on skid-resistance, noise-reduction, light-reflection and water-drai- nage of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement are studied. The results show that there is prominence correlation in the characteristics of skid-resistance, road surface exposed-aggregate amount and texture depth; there are the best exposed-aggregate amount, texture depth and skid-resistance value when the maximam aggregate size of coarse aggregates is 16mm. Compared with common cement concrete pavement, exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement can reduce noise and the bigger the vehicle speed the better the effect. Exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement has rich micro- and macro-structure, which can produce diffuse light and have large water capacity, so its anti-glare and water-drainage performance are good. The results indicate that exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement has excellent road characteristics and it is a prosperous new pavement.
