摘要
移动互联时代,组织身份模糊性成为企业发展面临的一个新挑战。通过观察一家传统书店成长为新型文化空间的过程,探索了企业如何在身份模糊性情形下达成双元学习,从而实现持续发展。组织面临的身份模糊性主要表现为身份矛盾性和身份空泛性。通过进一步的分析,发现身份模糊性情形下实现双元学习包含两条路径:①身份矛盾性情景下需要组织进行多重诠释,从而包容探索-利用之间的冲突;②身份空泛性为组织进行情景构建保留了空间,通过关注探索-利用的关联性实现边界融合。基于组织身份的定义对身份模糊性的具体表现内容进行了分类和刻画,构建了身份模糊性下的双元学习机制,可为新时期的企业转型发展提供借鉴。
In the era of mobile Internet,organizational identity ambiguity has become a new challenge for enterprise development.By observing the transformation process of a traditional bookstore into a new cultural space,this paper explores how organizations can achieve ambidexterity learning in the context of identity ambiguity so as to achieve sustainable development.It is found that the identity ambiguity is mainly manifested as identity contradictions and vagueness.Through a further analysis,it is found that there are two paths to achieve ambidexterity learning in the context of identity ambiguity:First,an identity contradiction promotes multiple interpretations,so as to tolerate the conflict between exploration and exploitation;second,identity vagueness reserves space for organizations to focus on the relevance between exploration and exploitation and for scenario construction.Based on the definition of organizational identity,this paper classifies and characterizes the specific content of identity ambiguity,and expands the theoretical connection between organizational identity and organizational development in the internet era.
