环氧封端无溶剂聚氨酯/环氧树脂胶粘剂的制备及性能研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用液化改性二苯基甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚丙二醇PPG-2000和环氧树脂E51为主要原料,先合成了端异氰酸酯基团的聚氨酯(PU)预聚体,再和环氧树脂(EP)发生接枝反应,形成PU/EP互穿网络结构聚合物。以聚酰胺650、T31以及复配固化剂为主要固化剂制备了PU/EP胶粘剂,分别研究了其不同添加量对胶粘剂性能的影响;以DMP-30作为促进剂,研究了促进剂添加量对胶粘剂力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:DMP-30的添加能有效提高固化速率,使得固化反应得以充分完成。在性能上,当w(DMP-30)=2%、w(聚酰胺650)=25%、w(T31)=12%时(相对于总质量而言),PU/EP胶粘剂的综合力学性能较好,耐热性能优异,拉伸强度最高值为23.93 MPa,断裂伸长率最高值为23.85%,拉伸剪切强度最高值为19.83 MPa,冲击强度最高值为28.34 kJ/m^(2)。 Using liquefaction modified diphenylmethane-4,4′-diisocyanate(MDI),polypropylene glycol PPG-2000 and epoxy resin E51 as main raw materials,polyurethane(PU)prepolymer with terminal isocyanate groups was synthesized first,and then grafted with epoxy resin(EP),PU/EP interpenetrating network structure polymer was formed.PU/EP adhesive was prepared with polyamide 650,T31 and compound curing agent as main curing agents,and the effects of different addition amounts on the properties of adhesive were studied.DMP-30 was used as accelerator,and the effects of addition amount of accelerator on the mechanical properties of adhesive were studied.The research results showed that the addition of DMP-30 could effectively increase the curing rate,so that the curing reaction could be fully completed.In terms of performance,when w(DMP-30)=2%,w(polyamide 650)=25%,w(T31)=12%(relative to the total mass),the comprehensive mechanical properties of PU/EP adhesive were relatively good,the heat resistance was excellent,the maximum tensile strength was 23.93 MPa,the maximum elongation at break was 23.85%,the maximum tensile shear strength was 19.83 MPa,and the maximum impact strength was 28.34 kJ/m^(2).
