摘要
中华医学会糖尿病学分会发布《中国2型糖尿病防治指南(2020年版)》(以下简称“2020年版《指南》”)阐述了中医药在防治糖尿病中的作用。中成药是中医防治糖尿病的重要手段,本文结合2020年版《指南》推荐的中成药品种,分析其组成、功效及循证证据等,就中成药在临床应用中的定位及研究方向进行探讨,为充分发挥中成药在2型糖尿病中防治的作用提供参考。
The Chinese Diabetes Society issued the Guideline for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in China(2020 Edition)(abbreviated as 2020 Edition of the Guideline).It includes the role of TCM in preventing and treating diabetes.Chinese patent medicine is an important means of TCM to prevent and treat diabetes.This article analyzed the composition,efficacy,and evidence-based evidence of Chinese patent medicines recommended by 2020 Edition of the Guideline.On this basis,the location and research direction of its clinical application were discussed,and suggestions were provided for exerting the role of Chinese patent medicines in the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
