数字经济发展对地方隐性债务扩张的影响——来自我国地级市的经验证据被引量：8

摘要数字经济能够在一定程度上缓解实体经济融资难融资贵问题,当前也受到学者的广泛关注。为探究数字经济发展是否也能缓解地方隐性债务扩张,本文以我国2011—2018年部分地级市为样本,利用北京大学测度的数字经济发展指数与地方隐性债务等数据对两者关系进行实证检验。研究发现:数字经济发展能够显著抑制地方隐性债务扩张。进一步分析发现,数字经济发展对地方隐性债务扩张的负向关系主要表现在东部地区,且在金融发展水平较高的区域影响更为显著。最后,为推动数字经济发展,本文提出三点建议:明确目标,积极推动数字经济发展;协调发展,缩小区域数字发展鸿沟;营造氛围,释放数字经济增长潜能。 Digital economy has been widely concerned by scholars because of its ability to partly alleviate the difficulty and high cost of financing in real economy. In order to explore whether the digital economy development can also alleviate the local implicit debts expansion,this paper takes some prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2018 as a sample,using the data of the digital economy development index measured by Peking University and the local implicit debts to empirically test their relationship. The results show the development of digital economy can restrain the local implicit debts expansion.Further analysis shows that the negative relationship between digital economy development on the expansion of local hidden debt is mainly manifested in the eastern region, and the impact is more significant in the regions with a higher level of financial development. Finally, in order to promote the development of digital economy, this paper puts forward three suggestions: clear goals and actively promote the development of the digital economy;coordinate development to narrow the regional digital development gap;create an atmosphere to release the growth potential of digital economy.
