摘要
心房颤动是最常见的持续性心律失常,严重威胁人类的身心健康,临床上增加了心脏发生疾病的危险性。肾素-血管紧张素系统是由一系列肽类激素及相应酶组成的重要的体液调节系统,对维持人体血压平衡有非常重要的作用。本文就肾素-血管紧张素系统与心房颤动的关联进行综述。
atrial fibrillation is the most common persistent arrhythmia,which seriously threatens human physical and mental health and increases the risk of heart disease.Renin angiotensin system is an important humoral regulatory system composed of a series of peptide hormones and corresponding enzymes,which plays a very important role in maintaining the balance of human blood pressure.This article reviews the relationship between the renin-angiotensin system and atrial fibrillation.
