摘要
目的:比较阿利沙坦酯和缬沙坦治疗轻中度高血压病合并高尿酸血症患者的效果。方法:入选于2018年09月~2019年9月在解放军联勤保障部队第九二一医院心血管内科就诊的轻中度原发性高血压病伴高尿酸血症患者60例,用随机数字表法分为:缬沙坦组(30例,口服缬沙坦80mg/d)和阿利沙坦酯组(30例,口服阿利沙坦酯片240mg/d),治疗8周。将两组治疗前后尿酸、血压结果进行比较。结果:两组患者治疗后收缩压与舒张压均明显低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义;但两组患者之间比较,治疗前与治疗后收缩压与舒张压无统计学意义。治疗前,比较两组患者的血清尿酸水平,差异无统计学意义;治疗后,阿利沙坦酯组血清尿酸低于缬沙坦组。结论:阿利沙坦酯与缬沙坦在降血压疗效相当的情况下,采用阿利沙坦酯片治疗高血压合并高尿酸血症临床疗效确切,可明显降低尿酸。
Objective To evaluate the effect of allisartan isoproxil tablets and valsartan in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension with hyperuricemia.Methods Sixty patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension with hyperuricemia were enrolled in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019.They were randomly divided into the valsartan group(n=30,received valsartan 80 mg/d)and the allisartan isoproxil group(n=30,received allisartan isoproxil tablets 240 mg/d),treatment for 8 weeks.Blood pressure and urinary acid indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but systolic diastolic blood pressure was no statistical difference between two groups before and after treatment.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in uric acid between the two groups.After treatment,the uric acid in the allisartan isoproxil tablets group was lower than that in the valsartan group.Conclusion When allisartan isoproxil tablets and valsartan are equivalent in lowering blood pressure,The clinical efficacy of allisartan isoproxil tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperuricemia was clear,which could significantly reduce uric acid.
