摘要
针刺的临床应用十分广泛,然而作为九针之一的巨刺法临床规范欠佳。为进一步认识及应用巨刺法,本文收集参考中国知网近五年来有关巨刺法的理论研究及临床治疗共95篇国内外文献,并对其进行分析总结以及可视化处理,有临床研究58篇,占比61.1%。其中治疗中风类疾病31篇,面瘫10篇,膝骨关节炎4篇,肩周炎3篇,面肌痉挛2篇,腰痛2篇,偏头痛2篇,颈椎病、颞下颌关节紊乱病、动眼神经麻痹、腕管综合征各1篇,研究结果均提示使用巨刺法100%有效。可见巨刺的应用并不单一,以巨刺法治疗中风和面瘫类疾病最为多见。为使巨刺法的应用范围更加广泛,本文将近年来巨刺的临床应用按照不同疾病分别进行归纳整理,以期为巨刺法的临床应用提供新思路。
Acupuncture is widely used in clinical practice,but as one of the nine needles,the clinical specification of opposing needling method is poor.In order to further understand and apply the opposing needling method,this paper collected and referred to 95 domestic and foreign literature on the theoretical research and clinical treatment of opposing needling method in CNKI in the past five years,and analyzed,summarized and visualized them.There were 58 clinical studies,accounting for 61.1%.Among them,there were 31 cases of stroke diseases,10 cases of facial paralysis,4 cases of knee osteoarthritis,3 cases of periarthritis of shoulder,2 cases of facial spasm,2 cases of low back pain,2 cases of migraine,1 case of cervical spondylosis,temporomandibular joint disorder,oculomotor nerve palsy and carpal tunnel syndrome.The results showed that the use of opposing needling method was 100%effective.It can be seen that the application of opposing needling is not single,and the treatment of stroke and facial paralysis is the most common.In order to make the application of opposing needling more widely,this paper summarizes the clinical application of opposing needling in recent years according to different diseases,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical application of opposing needling.
