摘要
目的:评价分刺法治疗周围性面神经麻痹眼睑闭合不全的疗效,探讨其作用机制。方法选取就诊于我科门诊的周围性麻痹恢复期患者68例,分为对照组(34例)和分刺组(34例),两组性别、年龄、病程统计分析无显著差异(P>0.05)对照组给予普通针刺方案治疗,分刺组在常规针刺方案的基础上配合分刺法治疗周围性面神经麻痹伴眼睑闭合不全病例,治疗后通过对比面神经功能评分、用力闭眼后眼裂大小、手法肌力检测、瞬目反射和疗效比较评价治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组病例面神经功能评分、眼裂大小、手法肌力检测和瞬目反射均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);分刺组面神经功能评分、眼裂大小、手法肌力检测和瞬目反射均优于对照组(P<0.05);分刺组痊愈11例>对照组2例,疗效优于对照组(Z=-2.582,P=0.010<0.05)。结论:分刺法可以有效改善眼轮匝肌功能不全的,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of applying the intermuscular needling therapy on hypophasis caused by peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:68 patients with peripheral paralysis admitted to our department were selected and divided into a controlled group(34 cases)and an intermuscular needling group(34 cases).There was no significant difference in the statistical analysis in terms of gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05)The controlled group was treated with a traditional acupuncture plan;whereas the focus group was treated with intermuscular needling on the orbicularis oculi muscle,in addition to the treatment plan of the controlled group.After treatment,the two groups were compared in terms of facial nerve function score,the rima palpebrarum size with closed-eyes,manual muscle testing,blink reflex and therapy assessment.Results:After treatment,both groups had gained distinctive improvement in comparison to the condition before treatment,in terms of facial nerve function,rima palpebrarum size,manual muscle testing and blink reflex(P<0.05);Comparing the treatment efficacy of the two groups,the intermuscular needling group showed a better results than the controlled group in the above mentioned four indexes(P<0.05);The curative effect of the focus group was better than that of the the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intermuscular needling approach can effectively improve the dysfunction of the orbicularis oculi muscle,which is worthy of further study and application.
