摘要
基于专业学位和学术学位研究生的培养目标、招生与学制、课程体系、专业实践等方面差异,从培养目标、培养特点、实践要求、导师类型、质量评价等角度,梳理比较了学徒式、专业式、协作式和工作站式等四种研究生培养模式的培养特点,进而从适用领域、导师人数、导师作用、师生关系等维度对比分析了单一、一主多辅和联合等三种导师制的优缺点,最后从学位类型、学习方式、培养规模和培养基础等四个侧面为我国硕士研究生的培养模式和导师制改革提供建议。
Based on the differences in the training objectives,enrollment and educational system,course teaching and professional practice of graduate students of academic degrees and professional degrees,from the perspectives of training objectives,training characteristics,practical requirements,types of tutors,and quality evaluation,this paper sorts out and compares the training characteristics of four types of postgraduate training modes,such as apprenticeship,specialty,cooperation and work station,furthermore,the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of tutorial system,which are single,multi-assistant and united,are compared and analyzed from the aspects of the applicable field,the number of tutors,the role of tutors,and the relationship between teachers and students,finally,from the four aspects of degree type,learning mode,training scale and training basis,the paper provides some suggestions for the reform of graduate training mode and tutorial system.
