On the Mode of Cultivating Applied Talents of“Business Startups and Innovations”in Higher Institutions Under the Background of Large Category Enrollment

摘要教育从来都是社会发展的产物,同时也是促进社会进步发展的重要工具。在当前高校大类招生背景下,培养“双创”应用型人才不仅是社会经济发展的必然选择,也是缓解我国应用型人才供给侧结构性矛盾的必然路径,同时有利于促进高校人才培养目标的实现并提高学生的就业率以及就业质量。目前高校在培养“双创”应用型人才时,还存在诸多问题,为了推动大类招生背景下高校对“双创”应用型人才的培养,需要创新高校课程教育体系及教育理念,构建“校企协同育人”培养新模式,探索“互联网+教育”培养新模式,打造“双创”应用型人才培养实践平台。 Education has always been a product of social development,and it is also an important tool to promote social progress and development.In the face of the current background of large category enrollment in colleges and universities,the cultivation of applied talents capable of“business startups and innovations”is not only an inevitable choice for social and economic development,but also an inevitable path to alleviate the structural contradictions on the supply side of applied talents in China.It is also conducive to the attainment of the goals in cultivating college talents and helps improve the employment rate and the quality of employment of students.However,despite their devotion to cultivating applied talents of“business startups and innovations”,higher institutions are confronted with many problems,like backward concepts,uneven teaching quality,lack of resources,and imperfect guarantee mechanisms.In order to promote the cultivation of applied talents capable of“business startups and innovations”under the background of large-scale enrollment,it is necessary to first innovate the university curriculum education system and educational concept;secondly,to build a new training model of“school-enterprise collaborative education”;thirdly,to explore the“Internet+education”new training model;finally,to create a practice platform for application-oriented talent training.
