摘要
党的十八大以来,来华留学生数量逐年持续攀升,同时对我国来华留学生的规模和培养质量提出了更高的要求,大类招生方式展现出了明显的优势。在大类招生背景下探索来华留学生培养工作优化路径,对于提升国际人才培养质量与招生有效性之间的契合性具有重要意义。通过分析大类招生的内涵基础上,对来华留学生大类招生工作优化路径以及培养工作成效的提升策略进行了研究与探讨,以期能够在大类招生趋势下,推进来华留学生教育工作的持续优化与发展。
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC, the number of international students in China has been increasing year by year, and higher requirements have been put forward for the scale and education quality of the international students in China. The classified admission has shown obvious advantages. It is of great significance to explore the optimization path for the education of international students in China in the context of classified admission to improve the compatibility between the education quality and admission effectiveness of international talents. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the classified enrollment, this paper studies and discusses the optimization path of the classified enrollment and the promotion strategy of the effectiveness of the cultivation of international students in China, so as to promote the continuous optimization and development of the education of international students in China under the trend of the classified enrollment.
