摘要
近些年以来,通过大量的研究证明,骨关节炎的发生以及进展和软骨下骨的改变具有密切关系。软骨下骨也已经被认为是治疗骨关节炎的一种潜力巨大的靶点。该文章从软骨下骨的结构以及功能入手,对骨关节炎软骨下骨的重塑进行研究,讨论骨关节炎软骨下骨组织学特征以及分级,分析软骨下骨转化生长因子β信号通路和骨关节炎的联系,阐述软骨下骨在骨关节炎中的病理性改变以及机制,进而为骨关节炎的治疗提供有力的治疗根据以及方向。
In recent years, a large number of studies have proved that the occurrence and progression of osteoarthritis are closely related to the changes of subchondral bone. Subchondral bone has also been considered as a potential target for the treatment of osteoarthritis. In the article, the author studies the remodeling of subchondral bone in osteoarthritis starting from the structure and function of subchondral bone. Discuss the histological characteristics and classification of the subchondral bone of osteoarthritis, and analyze the relationship between the transforming growth factor β signaling pathway of the subchondral bone and osteoarthritis. Explain the pathological changes and mechanisms of subchondral bone in osteoarthritis, and then provide a powerful basis and direction for the treatment of osteoarthritis.
