摘要
目的:探讨骨宝丸对肝肾亏虚证膝骨关节炎患者血清中炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-1β)与骨代谢(BGP、CTX-I)的影响。方法:选取2017年3月—2018年11月到佛山市中医院就诊的102例辨证为肝肾亏虚证的膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组(盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗,51例)和观察组(骨宝丸治疗,51例)。对比治疗后对照组与观察组血清中TNF-α、IL-1β和BGP、CTX-I的分泌。结果:对照组的总有效率70.59%(36/51),观察组的总有效率为88.24%(45/51),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组WOMAC、VAS评分和关节肿胀评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),膝关节功能得到改善;且血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、BGP、CTX-I的水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);组间比较,观察组各指标水平与对照组相比变化程度更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组的不良反应发生率分别为11.76%(6/51)、13.73%(7/51),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨宝丸可明显缓解KOA患者的关节僵硬、肿胀和疼痛症状,减轻关节炎症同时改善骨代谢损伤,且安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Gubao Pill on serum inflammatory factors(TNF-α,IL-1β)and bone metabolism(BGP,CTX-I)in patients with knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods:102 cases of knee osteoarthritis with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome were selected as the research object,and were hospitalized in Foshan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2017 to November 2018.They were randomly divided into the control group(51 cases treated with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets)and the observation group(51 cases treated with Gubao pills).After treatment,the secretion of TNF-α,IL-1β,BGP and CTX-I in serum of the control group and the observation group were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 70.59%(36/51),and the total effective rate of the observation group was 88.24%(45/51).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of WOMAC,VAS and joint swelling in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the knee joint function was improved;And in serum TNF-α、IL-1β、The levels of BGP and CTX-I were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the changes of each index level in the observation group were more obvious,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 11.76%(6/51)and 13.73%(7/51),respectively,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Gubao Pill can obviously relieve the symptoms of joint stiffness,swelling and pain in KOA patients,reduce joint inflammation and improve bone metabolism damage,with high safety.
