摘要
成骨细胞黏附是骨生物材料植入后早期成骨的第一步。促进成骨细胞的黏附作用成为优化骨生物材料表面性能的主要目标之一,也是组织工程研究的热点。近年针对促进成骨细胞黏附过程的研究主要集中在对生物材料的表面改性方面,通过改变生物材料的表面结构、表面涂层、复合材料、孔隙结构的方式促进成骨细胞的黏附过程。此外,对于生物因素、等离子体、中草药等促进成骨细胞黏附过程的研究也取得了一定进展。通过不同的方式促进成骨细胞的黏附过程,是骨组织工程研究的目标之一,对于现有材料的改进、研制新的骨生物材料和探究促进黏附的分子机制将成为研究的热点。
Osteoblast adhesion is the first step of early osteogenesis after bone biomaterials implantation.Promoting the adhesion of osteoblasts has become one of the main goals for optimizing the surface properties of bone biomaterials,and it is also a hotspot in tissue engineering research.In recent years,the research on promoting the adhesion process of osteoblasts has mainly focused on the surface modification of biomaterials,trying to promote the adhesion process of osteoblasts by changing the surface structure,surface coating,composite material,and pore structure of the biomaterials.In addition,some progress has been made in the research of biological factors,plasma,Chinese herbal medicine,etc.,to promote the adhesion process of osteoblasts.Promoting the adhesion process of osteoblasts in different ways is one of the goals pursued by bone tissue engineering research.The improvement of existing materials,the development of new bone biomaterials,and the exploration of the molecular mechanisms involved in promoting adhesion will all become hotspots in the field.
