摘要
目的探讨温阳强心汤联合银杏达莫注射液治疗心肾阳虚夹血瘀型慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的效果。方法选取2019年11月至2020年12月我院接收的84例心肾阳虚夹血瘀型CHF患者,按照治疗方案将其分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予银杏达莫注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予温阳强心汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的主症、次症、舌像积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的IL-17、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的BNP水平低于对照组,LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳强心汤联合银杏达莫注射液用于心肾阳虚夹血瘀型CHF患者临床治疗中的效果满意,既能改善炎性因子水平,还能调节机体BNP水平,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Wenyang Qiangxin decoction combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on chronic heart failure(CHF) of heart and kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods From November 2019 to December 2020, 84 patients with CHF of heart and kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis type treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment scheme, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on the basis of the routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Qiangxin decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the main symptom, secondary symptom, tongue image scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-17, IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the BNP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and LVEF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Wenyang Qiangxin decoction combined with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection has a satisfactory effect in the clinical treatment of patients with CHF of heart and kidney Yang deficiency and blood stasis type. It can not only improve the level of inflammatory factors, but also regulate the body’s BNP level, which is worthy of promotion.
