摘要
电力变压器是电网运行的关键设备之一。变压器绝缘油作为油浸式变压器的核心材料,通过对变压器油的日常监测,提前预测变压器油的击穿电压的变化趋势对确保电力变压器的安全稳定运行有重要意义。本文首先研究了多频超声检测技术,基于多频超声波声学参量与变压器油击穿电压的联系,建立了变压器油多频超声检测模型,然后对变压器油进行多频超声检测实验和传统击穿电压检测。通过MATLAB软件将获得的实验数据建立了用于预测变压器油击穿电压的BP神经网络,实现了利用多频超声技术对变压器油击穿电压进行的高效、准确的仿真预测。
Power transformer is one of the key equipments in power grid operation.Transformer insulating oil is the core material of oil immersed transformer.Through the daily monitoring of transformer oil,it is of great significance to predict the change trend of breakdown voltage of transformer oil in advance to ensure the safe and stable operation of power transformer.Based on the relationship between the acoustic parameters of multi frequency ultrasonic and the breakdown voltage of transformer oil,a multi frequency ultrasonic detection model of transformer oil is established.Then the multi frequency ultrasonic detection experiment and traditional breakdown voltage detection of transformer oil are carried out.The BP neural network used to predict the breakdown voltage of transformer oil is established based on the experimental data obtained by MATLAB software,which realizes the efficient and accurate simulation prediction of the breakdown voltage of transformer oil by using multi frequency ultrasonic technology.
