颗粒污染物对变压器油氧化安定性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 氧化安定性是标志变压器油抵抗外界氧化性物质能力的指标,油液中颗粒物的存在极易影响油液的氧化安定性能。根据ISO4406标准,采用均匀设计法,配制了24组含Cu、Fe、SiO_2的不同粒径不同污染度的颗粒污染物油样并对其进行了热氧化实验,测试了热氧化前后油样的酸值,获得了不同组分、不同含量的颗粒物对油液氧化安定性的影响规律;并采用偏最小二乘法建立了油中不同组分、不同粒径、不同含量的颗粒物与油样氧化安定性之间的数学模型。结果表明应用建立的Cu、Fe颗粒与油液氧化安定性之间的数学模型对验证集的决定系数和均方根误差分别为0.939 9、0.442 1×10^(-2);含有SiO_2非金属颗粒油液的热氧化后酸值小于含金属颗粒油液的热氧化后酸值,金属颗粒在粒直径为15μm时对变压器油氧化安定性能的影响最为显著,变化范围为0.066×10^(-3),油液氧化安定性随着铜、铁颗粒含量的增加而降低;油中SiO_2颗粒的存在延缓了油液的老化速度,一定程度上提高了油液的氧化安定性。 Oxidation stability is an indicator of the ability ronment, the particulates in oil can easily affect oxidation of the oil to resist the oxidizing substance in the external envi- stability of oil. Based on ISO4406 standard, 24 groups of oil samples with different particle sizes, different degree of pollution of copper, iron, and silicon dioxide were made by a uniform design method. Then the thermal oxidation experiment of the 24 groups of oil samples was carried out. The in- fluence of different component and particle content on the oxidation stability of oil was obtained by testing the performance of acid values under the circumstances before and after thermal oxidation experiment of the 24 groups of oil samples. The mathematical model of partial least squares (PLS) method between particles with different particle size, par- ticle content and oxidation stability of oil samples was established. The results show that the determination coefficient and the root mean square error of the validation set are respectively 0.939 9 and 0.442 1×10^-2 for the mathematical model of the established copper, iron particle and oil oxidation stability. The acid values of the oil containing silicon dioxide after thermal oxidation are less than those of the oil samples containing metal particles. The contamination of metal particles in 15 μm has a significant influence on the oxidation stability of oil, and the change value is 0.066×10^-3. With the increase of the content of copper and iron particles, the oxidation stability of oil is decreased. The presence of SiO2 particles in the oil can delay the aging rate of oil and improve the oxidation stability of oil.
