摘要
高职院校专业教师的实践教学能力直接决定了技能人才的培养质量,事关高职教育高质量发展和制造强国的建设。提高专业教师的实践教学能力,是当前高职院校教师队伍建设的重中之重。要以深化教育评价改革为抓手,加强制度、平台和组织建设,多途径提升专业教师实践教学能力,努力建设一支实践教学能力突出的"双师型"专业教师队伍,推进高职教育高质量发展,培养经济社会发展所需的大批高素质技术技能人才。
The practical teaching ability of teachers in vocational colleges directly determines the quality of skilled personnel training,and it is also related to the high-quality development of higher vocational education and the construction of a strong manufacturing country.Therefore,improving teachers’practical teaching ability is the top priority in the professional development of teachers in vocational colleges.In this article the author proposes some ways to improve teachers’practical teaching ability in vocational colleges,including deepening the reform of educational evaluation and reinforcing the institutional system,organizational management,and platform construction in order to seek for various ways to improve teachers’practical teaching ability and build a team of"double-qualified"professional teachers with outstanding practical teaching ability.Ultimately,the high-quality development of higher vocational education can be promoted,and a large number of high-quality technical personnel required for economic and social development can be trained.
