摘要
将已诱导出的大蒜愈伤组织继代培养 30天后接种于 2 5种附加不同 6 -BA和NAA的分化培养基中 ,结果表明 :附加 2~ 4 /L的 6 -BA培养基诱导效果最好。低浓度的NAA对诱导有促进作用。用 6种培养基对已诱导出芽的愈伤组织进行根的诱导 ,表明MS培养基中不加任何激素的生根率最高 ,而添加低浓度的NAA有利于根的旺盛生长。
MS+2 0~4 0 / 6-BA was the optimum medium for shoots induction from calli of garlic.Low concentration of NAA promoted it.The number of roots induced from single shoots was Less than that from bush-fomed shoots .But the livability of the former was higher than that of the later aparantly when transplanting.
