摘要
目的观察不同时机欣母沛给药对II度胎盘早剥患者第三产程及产后出血情况的影响观察。方法回顾性选取2018年5月-2020年5月收治的112例II度胎盘早剥患者的临床资料,两组均在胎儿娩出后立刻注射缩宫素,对照组(n=S7例)在产妇宫缩乏力时注射欣母沛;观察组(n=55例)在注射缩宫素时即刻注射欣母沛,比较两组临床有效率、产后出血时间,第三产程时间、不同时间段出血量及不良事件发生概率。结果观察组临床有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产后出血时间短于对照组,且第三产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后2h.术后24h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组发生不良事件总概率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论I1度胎盘早剥患者胎儿娩出后即刻注射缩宫素和欣母沛可有效提高临床疗效,缩短出血及第三产程时间,减少不同时间段出血量,降低不良事件发生概率。
0bjective To observe the efeet of jihemabate on the third stage of labor and postpartum hemorrhage in patients with second degree placental abruption.Methods The clinical data of 112 patients with serond degree placental abruption admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were retrospectively selected.The two groups were injected with oxytocin immediately after delivery.The control group(n=57)was injected with hemabate when the puerpera had uterine inertia.The observation group(n=55)was injected with hemabate when oxytoein was injected.The elinical efetive rale.postpartum hem rrhage time and the third slage of labor were compared bhetween the two groups,the amount of bleeding and the probability of adverse events in different periods of time.Results The elinical ffeetive rate of the observation group was higher than thal of the control group.the difference was statistically signifceant(P<0.05);he time of postpartum hemorrhage of the ohservation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the time of the third slage of labor was shorter than that of the control group,the diference was stitically significant(P<0.05);2h and 24h after operaion of the observation group H blood loss was less than the control group,the dfferenre was stisticallyl signifrant(P<0.05);he total probabilily of adversr rvents in the observation group was lower than the control group.he dfferenre was ststically signifrant("<0.05).Cconc lus ion Immediate ietion of oxytocin and hemabate after delivery can eeetivel improve the eliniceal eficary.shorten the time of bleeding and the thirl slage of labor,reduce the amount of bleeding in different periods,and reduce the probability of adverse events.
