摘要
目的:研究分级护理管理用于脑出血患者护理的价值。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年8月德州市第三人民医院收治的脑出血患者68例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。观察组采取分级护理管理,对照组采取常规护理。比较2组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分等指标。结果:护理后,观察组患者PSQI评分为(7.51±1.36)分,对照组患者为(11.94±1.72)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度为97.06%,对照组为79.41%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑出血患者中运用分级护理管理,可更好改善患者的睡眠质量,提升其满意度,建议临床推广应用。
Objective:To study the value of grading nursing management in cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:From February 2019 to August 2020,68 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group adopted hierarchical nursing management,while the control group received routine nursing.PSQI score and other indicators were compared.Results:PSQI score:at the end of the intervention,the score of the observation group was(7.51±1.36),which was lower than that of the control group(11.94±1.72)(P<0.05).Satisfaction:97.06%in the observation group,higher than 79.41%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of grading nursing management in cerebral hemorrhage is conducive to the improvement of sleep quality and satisfaction,which is recommended to be popularized.
